Buckeye Village rent increases %25 in the last four years (2000 - 2004), whereas University Village rent increases only %8. So if you are considering Buckeye Village, beware of the potential rent increase over years at Buckeye Village. This info reflects the personal opinion of my contacts who lives at both facilities.
